In the mission letter, the President writes: "I want you to intensify our work on preventive health, ensuring a comprehensive approach to health promotion and disease prevention throughout life. Investing in effective prevention measures will reduce the burden of non-communicable diseases, helping to ease the strain on healthcare systems and support healthy longevity.”. 

This objective aligns perfectly with the mission of the DARE Project, which aims to develop innovative technological and digital solutions to prevent diseases and improve quality of life. Through the use of advanced technologies, DARE seeks to reduce the strain on healthcare systems while providing personalized, tailored health solutions for citizens.
